    I suspect a lot of us want to see Anzio in action too, especially their surprising showing in the manga. Thing is, they have literally one ace in the hole: the P-40. The carro velloce and semovente squads are pretty much just there to screen Anchovy as she sights Ooarai's tanks.

    Apparently, this is from the teaser for OVA 3 according to another booru. I'm not taking sides on the argument, but yeah. Just saying.

    Still, I wish Anchovy's team gets some time in the spotlight.

    If they did a special on Anzio and the fight it would logically show up in the fourth special (the DVD with episodes 7 and 8) as the, um, brief fight with Anzio was in episode 7 "Next up is Anzio!" Though one wonders where episodes 5.5 and 10.5 will end up.

    I'm actually surprised that they didn't go ahead and use the 105/25 instead. Or gave the CV-33 anti-tank capabilities (this would imply that the tankettes would be CV-35CCs, and not the CV-33).

    Also, the P40 is only one tank. Assuming Anzio's tank crews are insanely well-trained, together with the fact that Anchovy has seems to have gotten radios in all of her tanks and acting in unison, still...

    The P40 is only ONE tank. All Miho has to do is to pick her off with the Panzer IV. (The Panzer IV in the manga, an Ausf. D, has already been upgraded to the Ausf. F, with the KwK40 L43.)

    But enough of tank talk. I really want to see the facerape of Anzio.

    EDIT: Oh fuck me. The M40 is indeed the 75mm one, not the 47mm one.

    She's got a bit more punch, then. Still.
