Maybe. Charles would have most likly have forced Lelouch to secretly marry as many woman as he could afford and then ofisurly (re-)marry the one that is the first one to give him a healthy son.
The relationship between Milly x Lelouch was predestined. It's too bad that their interactions together was almost non-existant. It appears that this potential relationship was dropped when they changed the format of the second season. This pairing would have explained why the Ashfords lost their Noble status. It seemed that Milly knew that Lelouch was Zero the whole time, since she was the only one that Lelouch hasn't used his geass on, compared to Shirley and Kallen. But, the producers made it seem that she was in the dark. What they also discarded was the Ashfords relationship with Marianne, which could have explained more details into her past before she was killed.
