Uhhh, not really. Only thing it'd put on cooldown is her ult or Q, and that's if timed out properly. Pretty much whoever ults first loses that since Vi can ult and stop Zed from getting the extra damage off and keep the mark from dealing major damage. Or Zed counters her ult with his own.
