Why is Dilbert in a Japanese picture?

what anime is this? it's all crazy evangelion stuff LMAO

It appears to be multiple OS parodies with an Evaneglion theme. I recognize the upper right one as Sun Computers (as one of the Angels that attacked New-Tokyo3); middle left is Next Computers, that looks like Steve Jobs in the chair also (he founded Next Computers); The bottom right is the Apple Lisa, as Lillith; The bottom middle with Dilbert & Dogbert has a software box of Apple Remote Desktop in it. I don't recognize the rest.

Who the fuck needed notes for this? If you need an explanation of hte OS-tan girls, the note isn't going to help.

The one thing that could have been helped 'chigau, korewa... lisa!" (No! This is Lisa!) isn't addressed.

In the show when Unit 02 is brought to Japan I think its an American in charage of the fleet. So Dilbert an American Cartoon/Comic thing is in controll of the Fleet here.
