There's a theory though that Booker after drowning himself, "killed off" that other timeline in which he became Comstock and as himself went to Columbia. So going by the epilogue, the Booker of that timeline never went to Columbia and is free to live a normal life with his daughter Anna(Elizabeth). Still it is rather ambiguous and open to interpretation.
