Yamame-san just became the stand in for the Yin-Yanb Orb. I wouldn't be surprised if Sanae-san asked Yamame-san to do that for her, given Yamame-san's fixation on Sanae-san, Sanae-san wouldn't have to do more than just ask Yamame-san to sell out Kogasa-san. Poor Kogasa-san, even when Sanae-san isn't watching, she's watching.
