Just realized that this is a cropped version of a picture that has already been posted. Don't know if this should be added a child post or just outright deleted. Posting it as child post for now.

I wouldn't be surprised if it did become a skin.

I personally think it should be deleted, especially if it isn't cropped by the artist. otherwise, it just seems like a re-upload.
