I think "入り込む隙" means "gap to slip into" (figuratively, no Yukari pun intended) in this case. The only example Jisho offers on that phrase uses it in that sense. So overall, that sentence would be something like "No place for opposite sex in UdoMyon relationship".

I saw "隙" more like "chance/possibility". Thus, "入り込む隙" would turn out something more like "chance of penetration"

Type-kun essentially had it right. The choice of phrase "No place for" essentially means the same thing as "no chance/possibility", especially since Type-kun correctly indicates "隙" is being used figuratively. In short, you're both in agreement, even if one or both of you isn't aware of it. :-)

Type has the right of it: 入り込む is a tough fit for 'penetrate' in the sexual sense here, even as a pun. Also, 隙's possible interpretation as "chance/possibility" is a direct metaphorical extension of its true meaning of "space/gap [in armor/defenses]"; it can't really mean "chance of penetration" in and of itself in the same way that 入り込む可能性 might.
