Just want to point out a really cool detail. The infantry NCO is wearing stone-gray trousers while the junior enlisted infantryman has feldgrau trousers. This is absolutely correct. Prior to 1940 trousers were only made in stone-gray and did not match the feldgrau jackets. In 1940, with the war picking up, the order came to start producing trousers in feldgrau instead to simplify wartime production needs. Of course factories used up the already existing supply of stone-gray first.

So the NCO's trousers being stone-gray identify her as having served from early on in the war. Not to mention she wears a 1940 style tunic (scalloped with pleats, no bottle green collar) while the other infantryman wears a 1942 style tunic (scalloped, no pleats, no bottle green collar)... The artist knows his stuff.
