I'm pretty sure source is http://blog.sina.com.cn/czrdian, it looks like the artist's blog. I can't read Chinese though so I can't verify, but I think the artist's name can be read as diàn èr (电二). Alternately, their username is czrdian. I can't find a Pixiv on their page and SauceNao pulls up nothing.
Tl;dr: Tagging artist as czrdian until someone who can read Chinese can come up with a better artist tag.
