Every nazi uniform has some swastika symbols on it. The eagle is an example.

"Tag what you see, not what you know." Though we know Nazi uniforms should have a swastika on them, I'm not seeing one visible in this image.

Eagle is not swastika, do you really know what is swastika? Only nazi members in SS units or other Nazi units has swastika symbol on their uniform, rest of normal German soldiers don't have swastika, the girl in this draw is normal soldier. Also Eagle is common symbol of German states since Medieval era.
