A few details has been lost in the joke in the third panel because of language difference.
Iku says that Tenshi's "personality has started to smell blue" (a Japanese idiom for "acting immature") and relating that "blue" with the color of her hair, which is why Tenshi is saying that "My hair was blue from the start!" in the next bubble. I had to delete that line and alter the context a bit, because it was impossible for me to convey it into the translation. Just a note in case somebody cares.
