I'll take that point, but that design has yet to appear in the actual manga (and it's been about 2 years since this cover art has appeared). Given them broadcasting this design, we'll likely not be seeing her original manga appearance.
We'll have to I guess wait until she's finally out of being Yotarou to see whether this design actually ends up in the manga or not.
