Cat powder? Is that suppose to have an effect similar to catnip? Anyway, Chen and her cats enjoy the treats along with Osa-Yukari. While Yukari seems to enjoy hugging Ran's tails.
Wikipedia says that it elicits a similar response as catnip, but much more intense.
