Yes, but that user, Sinnerman, has consistently uploaded every last picture with no character, artist, or copyright tags, at all, and the only reason most of eir uploads have them is others filling in that kind of basic information. Check tag history of any of eir posts; post #150031 is another good obvious example.

I'm sorry but I don't watch anime or read manga at all, the only exceptions are Samurai Champloo, Death Note and Ergo Proxy. Oh, and Pokemon from when I was younger. Sometimes the title of the pic on my computer holds a name, then I look it up (usually on Wikipedia), which was the case with the Bleach wallpapers but most of the time I honestly don't have a clue. I do realize it's not fun for others to constantly have to fill in character, artist or series, so sorry again, but I try to tag them ast best as I can.
