Xeno that summons weapons.
However, his ability allows him to summon them without doing the "action" or "ritual" normally required to summon them. It is unknown if Theo is the only one who can do this.

Dian Cecht
Xeno: Geis
A special xeno that only people of Celtic descent can use. One trait of it is that upon activation, a blue pattern appears on their body. There are many effects that it can have on their body. In Dian's case, it increases both of his arms' strength.
