    Are you using an update to date browser? This is an animated PNG. If you're seeing a static picture then you really should upgrade.

    I've always wonder why animated_png posts don't get enough love. Maybe it's because some people are seeing a still picture due to browser incompatibility?

    Very few applications actually supports APNG, the only browsers supporting it is Firefox and Opera (support dropped in version 15!). See http://caniuse.com/apng for more browser compatibility information.

    I added APNG to my image viewer application, and I could only find one other viewer that supported it.
    PNG compressors throw away the extra images without warning, image upload sites compresses them or scales them, destroying the animation. Really, that is the sad reality of APNG support today.
