Well Byakuren was sealed before but I can't see any reason for Shiki being restrained.

I wonder if there's any particular pattern to their means of restraint. Miko and Eiki are in straitjackets, Kanako and Kaguya are pilloried, but I can't help but wonder why Yuyuko is bound with only handcuffs.
