The one before it says:
"In the future... I am the leading role"
Maybe he's talking about Reimu's transition from PC-98 to Windows or, perhaps more-so, Rin Satsuki dying and reincarnating as Reimu (considering that Rin would be Reimu's reflection in what looks like water, if the two pics were combined). Anyway, that's the interpretation I'm getting from this. Nice pic.
