Just go to "Tags", search for the tag you wanna edit, in this case "tenri_reika". Click on edit and change its category to character.

a quicker way to do is when editing tags on a post, preface the tag with char:

so in this case you would put the tag as char:tenri_reika

you can also do this with copyright: and general:
