What are these two caps comparing? Dvd version and not? or is the top from a different series? Or is one "fanart"? -_-;;

Top is the tv version, bottom DVD.

I actually prefer the mouth and blush from the TV version, though it's hard to argue with the rest of the image.

I actually watch the DVD style on TV. I have Anime Network. In fact, I never knew Hidamari was done in a different style. D:

Both of them look pretty derpy...

I love Ume Aoki, so... I prefer the DVD, the wiiider and cuter version. TV is pretty plain and not recognizable.
