I remember seeing this here from a Video called Dream of reality, I've also heard That some of the Images from that video came from a fan manga but I don't have a clue as where to find it or that works name. If anyone here recognizes the work then please tell us what the name is and where to find it. However I must Point out that It is most certainly NOT Yumeutsutsu.

It seems that it's called うつつのゆめ (Utsutsunoyume). Apparently you can buy it from Melonbooks but I haven't been able to find any scans of it anywhere, let alone translations.

Why must this doujinshi, out of all the ones out there on the net, Why must this one be Fucking Waldo Surely its out there somewhere. If not Then I and anyone else Who may have been searching for it pray. That some kind soul who has the whole thing would take it upon themselves to upload it on a website where anyone can access it and upload it to here for translation.

I have a copy of this. It isn't a manga doujin, it's a novel with a handful of manga segments. A really, really, really long novel (600 pages with two blocks of text on each, to fit more words per page). I'm afraid your chances of seeing it scanned, let alone translated are pretty low :( You might be able to buy it from somewhere like Mandarake though, which ships overseas.
