    Interesting sort, the title for this is

    Abortion (Or Miscarriage, according to one translation I used, which is Han Simplified, though given the pic here, it could be accurate, others, however, translate to some relating to "flow" in Chinese simplified and in Japanese, the latter of alternate translations which could also go along with what we're looking at and what you said, though, going by the amount of blood here, I would assume it would be the former)

    Take that as you will, however, I think this would speculation fuel solely because there isn't a story behind it.
