It is probably an english user that has a pixiv account. You see that every now and then.

Satsuki's expression really gets to me. It says so much, even though she doesn't say a word.

That's not as suprising as suddenly having to read the panels left-to-right, like normal, rather than the right-to-left that you get used to when reading all the other comics here.

A common headcanon is that Ryuuko would have a scar from that.
