That doesn't really look like Kagami, besides the twintails and purple hair. Kagami uses black hair ties and has blue eyes, also no slanted eyes.

I think you're going to have to do better than that. Compare post #160750. Those ARE blue eyes and Kagami DOES have sharp eyes.

I'd guess that it's a shop of a CG from something or other. Does anyone have source?
