For a book this simple (Since it's pretty plotless due to being generic Faceless man rape) it's just 'Dump on Danbooru as no on on E-hentai's translated it yet'.
More plot heavy stories which have sex in them I could see being justified being here as there is more plot than porn but this one is just pure porn.
Why is every Touhou H doujin I find that isn't yuri or made by Ginyou Haru almost ALWAYS a rape or NTR story? Furthermore, they're the only ones that ever seem to get translated. It's infuriating.

Also Futanari stuff seems to be rarely translated.

Thing is... the artist base knows rape sells and you don't need plot for rape. Just have Faceless man grabs Touhou and rape them into submission. No plot needed just need a picture or two showing it and the fear then Generic sex scene and there you go Doujinshi done and money raked in. Vanilla requires slightly more effort if its Vanilla with Faceless man.

Everytime someone makes touhou hentai they're thumbing Zun in the eye. Stuff like this goes even further and kicks him in the crotch. He flat out doesn't like it and its disrespectful to make it.
That's the thing about it. Most people that are respectful enough to not want/draw touhou rape doujins are respectful enough not to want/draw touhou hentai in general. I'd think that goes for translations, too
There's not as much of this kind of thing as it feels like. It's just that its so jarring and awful it sticks in your mind. Touhou fanart is only about 15% hentai to begin with. That includes anything R-18 from a nip-slip to sex. Hateful nonsense like this is only a small fraction of that small fraction.

Why the hell should they? If a person finds a story interesting, they should be free to work on it. To be perfectly honest, I don't feel translation groups should be limited to just one genre, because of the crying and gnashing of certain loud folks in a group. God, the way folks are bitching about a genre, it makes me feel like I'm in the comments section of a netorare or rape story on Fakku...and those people annoy me at times, to the point that I PURPOSELY go after the rape stories at times.
And with all the bitching people had about the content in this story, I was expecting something Carn or Hal-bad. This didn't even come close to Shironegiya-bad.
Personally, with my extremely limited scope of only reading translated series on Danbooru, I've seen three artists literally chased out of work by people assaulting them for making straight Touhou works, even non-sexual ones. A great example is hidefu_kitayan (see Moonspeaker's commentary translation on post #1362263 and related discussion).
Remember that we aren't the market here. Japanese people are the majority of the ones who pay for these things, and if they like lesbianism and rape, that's what artists are going to make.

But remember that there still is a good chunk of chance that the people scanning and uploading these things on an INTERNATIONAL SITES aren't Japanese. And I seem to find a lot of vanilla dojin covers on pixiv that never got shared online because no one bothered scanning them, so there's the contradiction there.
But I'll still agree that the entire planet's world of fiction writers are running low on people remotely even trying to be original, that's why we get so many blandly written, repetitive stories ridden with cliches someone else did a millionth time before from both eastern and western medias. Because you don't have to be innovative to make money anymore.

If the series in question is Touhou, I can see why even hetero vanilla sex can be frowned upon even when not by "Het-is-Ew" dumbnuts. Because the only viable dojin-material male in Touhou is Rinnosuke, you could be attacked by shippers of Rinno-whatever when you're drawing him having sex with other characters that they don't ship. Aggressive shippers do exist and they aren't the nicest folks around either.
Another often seen example of consensual Touhou sex would be Touhou having sex with fat, ugly men(or old, or skinny, or any other adjectives that describes male unattractiveness), which would get blamed for being ota-creep doing self-insert sex with Touhou characters, which of course not only while the male is displeasing to watch, the fact that the Touhou character seems accepting to said male can also infuriate many fans of the character for many reasons you probably understand. Apply similar explanations to when dojin artists draw Touhou characters wanting to be gangbanged by faceless males. Even as a thin-canon franchise that it is, many people can't quite accept seeing their Touhous acting like Total Ho.(pun intended)
And that, gentlemen, is why the craft of Touhou dojin-making is a miserable dilemma to everyone involved.
