Could be Aki Shizuka, also, the one near the top (with the purple stripes) reminds me of Patchy.

Are we allowed to use character tags to label cakes designed on their color patterns?

There's a talisman decor so it's definitely Reimu.

I think the purple one in the back is kogasa
(Plate pattern matches her top, red and blue dot to match her eyes, large strawberry to match the tongue).

Also, I don't see how that one cake is Futo.

The one with striped panties pattern might be Reisen instead of Patchouli.
The two dots could be her earrings.

Doubting Shizuha cake. There's someone with that kind of leaf decoration on her head, but can't remember who.

I think the one that's labelled as Yamame is actually Shou. The top resembles her hair ornament, and the rest of it is yellow with black stripes. Anyone else think the same?
