Artist's title for it is "Tamamo-no-Mae", but you're right it's clearly Amaterasu. So I changed the tag.
It may not be much of a spoiler but...
Amaterasu and Tamamo-no-Mae are actually the same person, just different aspects of the same person. It's kind of like how God the Father is the same person as Jesus the Christ, yet still completely separate people. It would probably be fair to tag this as both Tamamo-no-Mae and Amaterasu.
This is just what she looks like in her full divine splendor. Granted if it were an honest to god depiction of her in this form our eyes would be melting in their sockets.
