Basically, Sanae was beating the crap out of Seija, and at first Seija could take it, because Sanae was filled with so much negative emotion that Seija practically got off on it, but Sanae started using two special types of punches that involve striking your opponent with no ill will/murderous intent, so then Seija had to deal with the pain of the physical punches and having neutral or positive emotions directed towards her.
