  • いやあ、おみやげ売り場の甘味や焼き物って、なんであんなにおいしそうなんでしょうねえ。
    ちょっとつまみたくなっちゃうのは大自然の摂理ですね!

Well, for some reason, when it comes to the sweets and grilled food from the souvenir section, it just seems that much more delicious. It's the will of the nature that makes you want to pick them up a bit!

Pixiv tags include: "Will of nature is in chaos!", "Dango over Flower", and "It's not all that bad".

Continuing on with eating while touring...

What do you eat at the souvenir section?
    • Local Ice Cream
    • Local Senbei
    • Local Dango
    • Local Manjuu
    • Local Ramen

    There's only one correct answer.
    Sample ALL the local foods!

From my understanding it is a Japanese idiom meaning to prefer the practical over the aesthetic, ie function over form. Though also seems used a lot in gags to simply mean to love and focus on food and eating.

I guess for Kogasa author, food more than views (of course I suspect Karaoke is 1st)

That's correctly actually. It originally was a humorous comment on how most people would celebrate ohanami for the food and sake, not the actual flower-viewing.

    Huh?
    It's pretty delicious, right?
Well, it's beautiful, so it's okay, I guess.

It feels like it's a waterfall-viewing tour somehow.
