I can't be certain, but this looks a lot like (older) Kurikara work... see his tag ( /kurikara ) for similar.

I'm pretty sure it's Kurikara.

I uploaded the rest of the comic. Turns out Comic unreal is a Jump style publication with over 400 pages of different one-off doujins.

That being said, If anyone wants to see more from Vol. 8, I'll see what I can do.

As ignatius2722 said, "Comic Unreal" and "Pai☆Zuri" are not Doujins but Commercial Magazines / Comics, published by Kill Time Communication.

You can legally purchase some KTC comics at a few Japanese digital distribution sites. e.g. DLSite.com or DMM.com.
