I'm no admin, but if you want reasons so bad as to why this isn't being accepted here's some:
The picture is low quality. Screencaps are accepted but "oh I paused at the exact moment you can see her ass lol" aren't really. You have a bad reputation with your uploads here and their quality. There are multiple big tags you could have added but didn't (high heels and 1girl first of all.)
