She still won't survive the universe and into the next, as the Hourai immortals will - that is, not unless she delays before that point indefinitely. Not to diminish the sheer scale of her longevity, but there's an infinite difference between "nearly forever" and "forever."

So if each use adds a century probably in 10 years would be stuck for millions of years with constant use and stuff am i rite?

That won't work : Sakuya's World freezes time for everything. EVERYTHING.
For you, it is just a second, but for her, it is a real eternity, where the Sun is still at the same place, when there's no night, where plants don't grow, where everything is dead.
Except for her.

And be positive : at least, she'll have plenty of time to rebuild the mansion if Flandre blew it up.
