Probably not, but I know I wouldn't be able to shake the habit of clothes. Practically speaking, probably should because I'd assume that internal storage compartments are a but awkward/it's just easier to use external storage like pockets and pouches. More body armor never hurt either. An example (I presume) of cyborg protagonist wearing additional armor post #1202039

It's more like a bulletproof clothes, I guess. "Always ready even in town", maybe?

Carrying capacity. Its totally impractical to contain things within your body even if you're a cyborg (it becomes dead space once you take out the object).

I'm sort of convinced at this point the protag cyborg could put bunny ears on his head, and all the other cyborgs would be convinced it was a new doomsday weapon. They just seem so scared shitless of him that they're utterly paranoid.

When you are a very effective cyborg, you can be excused for running into the battlefield in bunny ears and pink tutu shooting a rainbow-colored gun that has a ribbon tied to the stock.
