And exactly what would I put on my tag blacklist that's going to stop only from seeing Kagerou Project Hentai? There is no specific tag so that I wouldn't see these characters get ruined by people who just have sick minds to ruin such characters.

Exactly! So there's no way that I could avoid seeing people ruin characters that I prefer not to see hentai of. The reason I dislike this persons upload. Of course there's people who will like this but as for me, I prefer not to see certain characters that I actually like to be ruined in such a manor. =_=

on one blacklist line would remove all hentai from that copyright. If you don't even want risque posing and clothing, add another line with rating:q. Or substitute in a character name. It's pretty simple.

Also, don't flag posts based on personal feelings. That isn't how this site works.
