Wanted to elaborate a bit more on the slang "既読スルー" (kidoku through). Looks like pageratta's parodying Line, a popular messaging app in Japan, and it has one of those features where you're notified when the other side has seen your text via a small "kidoku" (read) icon. 既読スルー literally means "it was read but ignored" and...well, you get the picture. xD
