Interesting how his doujins are pretty tasteful, but his individual art tends to be, well... less so.

Because he mostly draws for himself, and therefore cater to his own tastes. His doujins are made to be sold, that's why you'll find less rape/torture/zombies touhous/fundoshi in these.
That makes him an interesting artist, because his doujinshis are extremely sweet, while his recent Byakuren/Kyouko picture was... quite scary.

I am absolutely positive there's a market for Touhou-themed rape-torture-necrophilia-fundoshi erotica. Granted, that market might be, like, ten guys, tops, but it's there.
