Is there some rule where we are encouraged to post work with original writing? Just curious.
We always encourage uploading the original language, as the fewer translators something passes through and the fewer languages it's converted into, the less meaning is lost in the process. Due to using the Notes system instead of "hard translating" here on Danbooru, if someone misses a reference or makes a mistake it can be easily corrected, which isn't the case if the same were "burned into" the image by a former translation.
