A sub-par reward to a rather hard event. Appreciated over Sakawa at least. Though you have to admit the new shinkaisei-kan are rather well designed by comparison. No offense to anyone who cares for Unryuu's design. I just cannot take a liking to her myself, being a stark contrast to existing CVs, especially Hiryuu which her hull design was based around. The in-game art isn't bad, however the aesthetics just rub off as the artist wanting to toss in too many varying styles in one character.

There's something that I don't like about her design, but I just can't put my finger on it...

One thing for sure is not because she's too much fanservice-y, because KanColle is pratically high-octane fetish fuel (with very few exceptions, such as Aoba)...

Which is particularly odd given that the real-life Unryuu was just a modified Hiryuu. You'd expect them to look fairly similar.
