    Apparently the character's name is Semiko (lit. Cicada Girl). She comes from the fourth story of the book called "The Story of a Macaron-Loving Girl Who Lived a Thousand Years Somehow"
    by Karate. English translation of the book can be found at vgperson's website, will update info I guess. The book is pretty good too, it's the try not to cry variety
