The Strike Rouge (original) only had energy weapons. They take the energy from the ultracompact energy battery in the suit. The Booster in the back (wings) provides an additional ultracompact energy battery for flight and weapons. This variation here seems to have put dual GMA628 beam cannon on the shoulders and an heavier version of vulcans on the shoulders and some kind of bazooka on the shield. You could argue that the vulcan ammo is stored near the shoulds and that bazooka rounds behind the shield.
