I wasn't going to draw Decapre, but that 2nd alternate was both freakish and frisky and couldn't be ignored. Her inclusion in Ultra Street Fighter IV was pretty controversial. I haven't got a chance to really sit down with it since it dropped on PC to see how the new inclusions mesh with the rest of the game. Didn't get to make a final tweak I wanted either since I accidentally flattened my PSD file, a mistake which I could kick myself for. :p (Lick)
