It's not wet, it's the shadow, showing that Sendai's chest is not flat like Ryuujou's.

No it's clearly wet, cause some of the wet stain is above the shadow, and the wet part in the shadow is darker than the rest of the shadow. So again, why is it wet?

Her ninja cloth is translucent, and looks darker where it touches something or gets shadowed from the back.
