I can only hope that this will end up as some kind of bad joke... I really hope :<
Well, the translations aren't complete, anyway. It might make a little more sense in context. (And the translation was already changed once. Maybe the exact terminology will be cleared up to something that isn't quite so ominous, like "she was released into civilian life" as is the more canon portrayal.)
Next chapter: what happened during those 30 days. We can only hope it'll have a "Happy Ending", like Tonda said. My speculation: MAYBE, during those 30 days Tatsuta will be going through her transformation into an abyssal ship, like in NWSiaCB's theory, and putting the whole naval base at risk.
MORE SPECULATION: MAYBE the ending will be like: Tatsuta finally regain her conscious after some kind of rampage, and beg for her own death. Thus, kinda, happy ending!
This might be a wake up call as to how bad the higher ups view/treat ship girls. Just something to be dismantled when a ship girl is considered an "inconvenience" or no longer "useful" It is already been pointed out the macho admiral is one of the better admirals when it comes to treatment of ship girls....and he just contacted the higher ups....hoping for a retirement ending, but that dismantle sounds really ominous.

Getting the feeling that Tatsuta is a run away ship girl that look she gave the admiral was not aimed at him but the navy in general. I hope this does not end with they turn her over after promises of her being treated fairly then never hearing from her again
I have a theory... after they got contacted with the notice of Tatsuta's existence, the higher ups orderer the admiral to scrap an dismantle her to hide any evidence... but the admiral didn't do it, instead, he hid her and sent a fake report saying he scrapped and dismantled her... at least, that's what I hope...

Anyway, we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves. It's not completely translated, and the rest will come out in a couple days, anyway. "Thirty days" may mean four whole chapters of narrative arc, and she has some Mahoromatic-style death clock counting down, for all we know. Or this could be the last time we see Tatsuta. Or Tatsuta is an Abyssal ship in disguise. Or she just doesn't pass a psych eval, so she gets released unceremoniously into civilian life with her fit-out removed as a normal girl.
So yeah, there's no way to make 処分 nice... 解体処分 is literally disposal/deal with by scrapping. Scrap can mean to break up, rather than kill here, so it's quite possible that it's just taking out the ship spirit or whatever. But unlikely.

Well, considering that "construction" isn't actually building anything in the first place, but "summoned", then I doubt that the "scrapping" process involves plasma torches. (Maybe they cast "banish", and some resources drop as a thanks from the gods?)
My guess is that the higher ups order Tatsuta to be disposed of, so the Admiral 'scraps' her officially, but Tatsuta sticks around, either as an unofficial Fleet Girl in an off the books position, or as just a normal girl helping the Admiral with his paperwork or something.
Correct me if i wrong, but I keep getting the feeling that most of the dudes who commented here, ignored the "30 days later" part and just assumed that she was already scrapped and SOMEHOW, magically, still alive on the next pages.
That 30 days didn't happened... yet, so of course she's still alive in the next comic! And those are "bonus chapters" which describe what happened between the "main chapters"!
Go easy on me, okay? It's sudden, but since you're an eccentric super-airhead, I'm gonna go introduce you, yeah?30 days later, Tatsuta was scrapped and disposed of.
