Other than Chinese ships, there’s also British, American and Dutch ship.
The punchline is patrol boat #105. IJN have the ship in their service, but they don't know what’s the original nationality of the ship before captured.

Stewart was scuttled by the Allies but she was later raised by the IJN and used her as a patrol boat, she even participated on sinking USS Harder SS-251. After the surrender of Japan, she was recaptured by the Americans and finally sunk as a target off San Francisco.

For the Dutch Ship, that must be the Hospital Ship. The Japanese also managed to captured several ships (small vessels) from the Chinese. From the British, she was an S-class destroyer.

Just checked the Combined Fleet Site, there were 9 ex-foreign designated as patrol boats were listed. 1 from the British, 4 from the Americans and 4 from the Dutch.

I'm kind of waiting for something like this to appear, but there were actually two American Fletcher-class destroyers that became like reverse-Hibikis, and were sold to the Japanese to help them rebuild their fleet after World War II. (They were sister ships Edwards, DD-663, and Leary, DD-664.)

... I know ships like Iowa and Enterprise are by far and away the most likely to get put into Kantai Collection from the American side, if any, but I'd like to see them put in as sort of counterparts to Verniy.

For lended ship, can't be set as flagship and all equipment locked until kai-2 :D
