    Same here. I think that's more of a reference to how unpopular those 2 are in the fandom despite their bright blue hair sticking out.

    While they may have average battle stats. As far as destroyer popularity goes, I can say most admirals keep around the 6th division girls simply because of fandom popularity. Even if Hibiki has a kai-ni, her sisters are still average in the stat department. So really you could keep any destroyer for your expedition goers.
