Nope, almost All Officer onboard in Mamiya is Colonel.
She serve as Eyes (read : Spy) while not on Supply Duty.
in short she was a MP for any lazy IJN & Civ Spy for any information on enemy by Local Market Link.

That's a fact not many know of so people would exclude that when they think of Mamiya. And just to be clear, Mamiya worked full time as "Eyes", not just when not on supply duty. Watching over stuff but takes breaks from doing so is just weird after all.
