After only a month of playing Kancolle I've grown very fond of the sixth destroyer division, so this really hit me hard. Also, I've been using Hibiki so much she is my highest level ship with Akatsuki not to far behind her. This was such a simple story but I feel like it hits really hard and the representation of the girls is so wonderful.

You should be happy that even one of your girls was known to have even survived and went on to become something else.
Think of how us Admiral who favor the other girls feel when in history every single one of them got sunk horribly, while also being stripped from the naval list.

well, if the war ends or the country lost, its just obvious to get every resources possible to repair damages in the country.
especially steel in WW2 were deemed as valuable resources for various tech/ tools developments. think about the positive side, at least those girls that being scrapped have turned into some other useful form for many ppl so they are there everyday :'3
