comment #29899 My girlfriend and I went to a cafe last year in Shibuya (student there for a year), where they did this kind of decoration. However, they used a heated metal cookie cutter like stencil which was touched to the layer of coco-foam. No anime characters though, just some gothic looking rose patterns, which were cool too.
