Its not too difficult to figure out what he meant with the sentence.

At the beginning of the series each episode began with a super slick animated sequence like this, it was beautiful! I can't even really tell if it's 2D or CG animation.
I really wanna see just how it's done, so far I haven't seen any in-depth look at animation in the industry (aside from Culture Japan) :/

Don't forget, when the animation is too smooth, or the framerate is too high, it's fucking repulsive. But, nobody can adequately explain why.
